in work space i need to do some filed as mandatory, i tried with ui policy but not working

Hi There,

wokspace making field as mandatory, how can we achive.

in work space i am making caller field is not mandatory and confoguration item is mantrory , i tried with ui policy but it noting please any one guide me how can i achive this.

 

default workspace will following workspace view right ? so in ui policy i mentioned view as wokspace

Please check are you using the right view, I can see these are avaialble view

Also no need to write code, you can use UI Policy action to make it mandatory.

Hi @Gillerla Rajesh ,

 

Is it certain that the field is present in that workspace view. Check for  any other UI policy with higher order that prevents it from being mandatory.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,

 

it's default present in service operation view , previously i given view as work space view now i changed to the service operation work space view, so it's will working now.
