Inactive field is still visible in the list view

Hello everyone.

I have some custom field and I set It inactive. But It is still visible in the list view. Weird is that this field is not visible in the slushbucket in List layout and in Personalize list so I cannot do anything. We have only the default view on our custom table. I only find this thread which seems to be a similar one. I am working in San Diego release.

So I must to make the field active again, remove it from list layout and than set It to inactive.
