Inactivity monitor - Triggered only once on a record

Hi,

I have configured a inactivity monitor for problem table. The monitor is triggered only once for a record. If I check in sys_trigger table, trigger type is once. Can anyone suggest where this can be changed ? ( P.S: If I try to change it from sys_trigger table, then its updated only for a particular record)

After it is triggered, it should reset (let's say you have a wait of 2 hours, the inactivity monitor updates after 2 hours and then it starts again).

Can you share what you did, because it should work like that.
