Hi,

We got an inactivity warning for this instance even though it's been in use everyday, and it was eventually reclaimed ..what's the criteria for the inactivity warning? Can someone please check if this was erroneously flagged as inactive?

Hi @gchandra 

if you are using your PDI daily you shouldn't get that warning. More cannot be done here as the Community is not the ServiceNow Support and also for PDIs there is only self-service available but no in-person support by ServiceNow.

Therefore, always back up your work in your PDI because there is no guarantee for a reliable and available  PDI.
