new delegate button

Hi All,
So admin is able to create delegate records from table and in the service portal
For other users they can create delegate records just for themselves from the table,
but creating a new delegate from new delegates button on portal doesnt work.
when i check https://instance.com/sp?id=form&table=sys_user_delegate it is just blank for them.
How can this be fixed?

I tried with an ITIL user, and it's working fine. What type of user are you testing with—an end user or some other type?

Hi Atul,
I just impersonated and tested with an itil user. They still just see something blank when I try out the url.

Try repairing the plugin once and test again. Also, try accessing cache.do to clear the cache.

Hi @cchacha, This looks like an access/permission issue. A few checks you can do:
ACLs on sys_user_delegate → Verify if non-admin users have create access. By default, some roles are required.
Portal widget → The “New Delegate” button opens the form widget. Ensure that the widget and the page have roles assigned properly.
Test directly by impersonating that user and opening /sp?id=form&table=sys_user_delegate → if blank, it confirms an ACL issue.
Also having my custom widgets better UI for the delegate records. PFA screenshots.
