Inbound action: Tickets are not creating

Hi,

 

When an email sent to servicenow, email is receiving but tickets are not creating. 

 

Actually we are getting below error.

Looks like the target table is missing or incorrect/mismatch.

I have mentioned correct table name in inbound actions. Not sure why I am getting that error in emails.

How is your inbound action look like? According to the error attached, it seems that something is wrong with the table in the inbound action.
