Inbound action

Hi,
I need to create something like this so that all messages coming to the integration.support.prod@.com inbox with a selected keyword, e.g. "SMPI", "ODS" and "Kepler" are the assigned TechCentral group.
I probably need to do it using Inbound Action but do you have any ideas how it should look like?

Hi @New user1212 ,

 

To begin with 

1)Set a redirect on integration.support.prod@.com to send emails to your ServiceNow instance (to get instance email >Email account>SMTP>User name

2)Create inbound or use the OOB inbound action "Create Incident" , have your logic and set the assignment group.
