I need send an email to my PDI instance. How I can find my instance Email account?

@Kri Earlier PDIs used to have email account configured on them. However, they no longer have this configuration. Please refer to https://developer.servicenow.com/blog.do?p=/post/sending-emails-from-pdis/ for more details. 

In order to test the email configuration, you need to configure the SMTP account in Email accounts.

Hi @Kri

This functionality is not available OOB in the PDI. However you can connect your email account to the PDI.
So whatever email comes to your email box, it will also be an input to the ServiceNow.
And, whatever moves from the ServiceNow, will be a sent email from your email account.

So, an email to your email account, which will be an email to your PDI.

please notice that email has been disabled in PDIs,  hence it will not be a possibility .
