Inbound and outbound email Action

Hi Experts,

Need assistance with the following inbound and outbound email action in service now. Using inbound action, am able to convert email to incident in service now, now i want the user to notified with incident created. How can i achieve this can u share sample steps or code to make this work.

Hi, for notification of incident created/inserted you should be using OOB 'insert' notification functionality and would not normally need any 'code'.

Perhaps start by reviewing the notification documentation and reviewing OOB examples in a PDI.
