There is an email box, where users will be sending mails for issues/requests and other general mails. We will be moving/dragging the issue mails to another folder (Say XYZ) in Outlook, so that it doesn't retain the Sender's address. Then ServiceNow should pickup the emails from XYZ folder directly instead of Inbox folder and then create an incident ticket for every mail of that folder in ServiceNow.
I know about Inbound email actions which creates a ticket from mail in outlook(Inbox Folder). But im not sure how to pickup the email from different folder of outlook in ServiceNow. Can anyone help me with this query?

Hi Roopa,
The System Mailbox application is hosted by Service Now and they have the only access to it.
It would be better if you contact SN for this.

Hi Roopareddy,
I know this is a bit older question, but you could direct your Inbound Email Action to aim at a different inbox and forward all mail needed to this new inbox to create tickets.
This can be done with Outlook rules to automate them as well if you would like.
