Inbound Email Action vs Inbound Email Flow Performace

I am looking to replace our inbound email actions with Inbound email Flows. We have about 30+ currently running against every inbound email that I am hoping to replace and was wondering if anyone has made this move. If so, have you run into any issues with performance or anything else?

Hello Mark, 

 

Thank you for the tips. I knew about the operation order, but didn't think to check for any script includes. I'll make sure to look out for that as well. 

In our case, we are just using those inbound actions (soon to be flow) to route newly created cases to specific assignment groups based on a condition.

You can also use Assignment Lookup Rules for that. 

 

Or you can script that in your inbound action rather than creating multiple inbound actions, but Assignment Lookup Rules are cleaner.
