Enable a section in Hardware table

Hi All

I need a help to enable the mobile section in the alm_hardware table. In the below image you can see many section are added like General, Financial, Disposal, Depreciation, contacts etc. Similarly I would like to add a new section call Mobile section.

Here you guys can see mobile section is added here but in the default view it is hidden.

Please suggest how to enable this section

Hi

I found the solution. There is a client script "McK Hide / Show Mobile Section on HW". Sys_id of model_category was not same as per script. I modified that and it is working fine now.

I did not see the Mobile section in alm table. Is this created by you?

No I have not created that section.

Look like it is custom section , you need to see any ACL/ policy blocking it.

As per the link if sn_hamp is installed then mobile section will be visible. bu tin my case it is not working. I guess I have to raise HI ticket for the same.
