Inbound email action

Hello, Community.
I have a Scoped Application whose table was extended from Task. For inbound email action, I've created a flow, and when testing it, there is one unsuspected issue.

The additional comment in created record is not displayed. Who can clarify why?

Additional comments are mainly used to communicate the output to users, in this case you are setting this up and I think this the reason. In stead use work notes and test.

Need clarity on last line , user responses means? When a fulfiller update or end user. Please get a clarity on this.

From my point of view, it concerns both fulfiller and end-user responses.
