Inbound email action

Hello, Community.
I have a Scoped Application whose table was extended from Task. For inbound email action, I've created a flow, and when testing it, there is one unsuspected issue.

The additional comment in created record is not displayed. Who can clarify why?

Need clarity on last line , user responses means? When a fulfiller update or end user. Please get a clarity on this.

Additional comments used to share / communicate with end user not to receive inputs from end user. So you can records these in worknotes.
