Hi All,
So I have a inbound action that process the emails and creates new request from a vendor, this was working fine and now the emails are being generated from vendors service now and we are facing issue with watermark in the vendor email, I did create before insert BR in sys_email table, which successfully removes the watermark for the emails from the vendor, however the system categorizes it as reply before this business rule could run. Any pointers on where it might be going wrong or where to look would be helpful.
