Inbound Email Flow is not triggered on inbound mail but works when tested

Hi there,
I created an inbound Email flow to request a catalog item, when testing it with existing email the flow works fine but the flow is not triggered when a new mail is received.
Inbound mail is configured and working but it is not able to trigger the flow.

I have just used the condition receive type as new no other conditions are used
And the flow is giving desired output when I am testing it.
