Inbound email Request getting cancelled

Hello ,

 

I created a flow to trigger inbound email. When user send a email flow will be triggered and ticket is created , once the ticket is created it moves to 

Active false
ApprovalRequestedwasNot Yet Requested
Contextsr_flow_base
StageRequest CancelledwasWaiting for Approval
StateClosed IncompletewasOpen 
comments shows -This item was closed due to missing Service Request Flow.

 

And with in seconds state changes.

StateWork in ProgresswasClosed Incomplete
SR flow is getting attached late so ticket is moved to closed incomplete . This is working correctly  for admin account but for other user request will be moved to closed incomplete once created , please suggest the solution.

Found the issue condition within the workflow mentioned was not met so it was automatically moved to Request cancelled.

Hi Ravi, perhaps you have inbound Email Actions in place that is processing the email.  The email actions have a higher priority, so they will always run first.
