Replace OKTA with ServiceNow Workday HR Spoke

We plan to replace OKTA, which currently only handles user provisioning and account creation, to optimise costs.
Our HR software is Workday. From 1.9.24 we expect to have the Interationhub including all spokes.
Our idea is to use ServiceNow for account creation and updates in the future.
Our plan:
We would retrieve the data from Workday several times a day via the Workday HR Spoke (get workers) and synchronise it with AD / Azure.
The creation would be based on the attributes that are on the user object.

Has anyone done this before?
If so, can we talk about it?
(Our HQ is in Germany / Bavaria).
Is there anything against our plan?
Is there a Consalten who has done this before?

Thanks for your quick reply.

We have already implemented the Workday HR Spoke with our DEV instance.

What we are looking for is someone who has done the same as we are planning to do.

Is there anything that is only possible with OKTA and not with ServiceNow?
