Inbound email trigger not working

We have one flow for email trigger action which should create request (record producer) whenever we receive mail containing a particular subject. But request is not getting created for all of the mails only few. We are receiving the mails, but request is not getting created which should work correctly according to the flow. When I am testing the flow, it is working fine, and request is getting created after the test. Any suggestions

you said it's working for few and not for others
what debugging did you perform? did you compare both the flow context and see any error?

I compared the subject of both the emails, and they are same. One odd thing I found out that whenever I am searching for the mails by entering the full subject then only successful case is showing up but on the other side when I am searching by entering starting few words of the subject then all emails are showing up. Something is wrong in searching also??
