I have found the article HERE that details how to import an attachment. These instructions are for creating import sets and Excel files as sources. This is very useful for several of my requirements.
However, is there an easier way to simply read a TXT file that came in as an attachment into COMMENTS on a RITM I create? I don't need to do anything with the text except get it into comments.
