Inbound Integration - oAuth Application User unable to find user I created

Hello,
I created a user for my Ardoq integration oAuth integration. However, when I navigate to System OAuth > Inbound Integration. Click New Integration. I attempt to look up the user I created in the "oauth application user" I'm unable to find it.
Can anyone offer assistance with this issue?

Can you please check whether the property 'glide.oauth.inbound.client.credential.grant_type.enabled' is 'true' in your instance.
