Inbox option missing on Service operations workspace for non Admin users

Inbox option is available for Admin users on Service operations workspace but not for non Admin users though the user has AWA_agent role.

HI @Shilpa Mekapoth,

Have you checked if the service channel is active? Have you configured queues, assignment rules, eligibility, etc?

I believe you need both awa_agent and interaction_agent, for that to be visible with OOB config.

Hi @Shilpa Mekapoth I have created an User on my PDI and given below roles. Inbox option is visible for him along with the Status options
