INC count, each Inc pick one SLA,updated/stop time latest. others hide in PA report/analytics

My requirement is dashboard report for INC counts, each INC pick only one SLA, (latest updated/latest stop time). 

Other SLAs don't show in reports, 

I'm using PA, and set the aggregation count distinct, 

But it display correct count, if I click on the value, it shows the all SLAs to every INCs. 

I need to pick only one SLA.

Hi @MonishV ,

It sounds like it's working as expected according to your configuration. In general, the PA will count distinct incident number, but when you click the listview, it will show all - this is again as expected. For me it sounds like you need to modify your conditions if only one SLA should show in list view.
