Why is the Update Set creating batches without my concern

Hi,

Why is that the update set creating multiple update sets in different scopes? What setting did I error to create this. This happens when I click on Add to Update Set. I have not changed any scope. It is creating translated text in Other Scope. Kindly help.

@Community Alums This batching is not an issue but a feature. The object which you are trying to add to update set may have related files in different scopes. Batching allows all these files to be captured in different update sets in different scopes. You can easily migrate the parent update set along with child update set on other instances easily.  Please refer to this documentation https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-application-development/page/build/system-update-sets/hier-update-sets/concept/us-hier-overview.html to know more about this feature.

@Community Alums I am having the same issue as you when I add Catalog Items to the update set - using Add to Update Set.
 I get a language translation added for 23 languages. I noted that the Application you are getting the issue for is the same as mine: Vulnerability Response. Did you get a resolution for this from support?
