INC_P1 and P2 incident closed in 5th day

Hi Team , 

 

Currently we know that Once incident resolved it will move to closed after 7days .

Our requirement is whenever any P1 and P2 Tickets resolved , those tickets moved to closed in 3rd day . 

How to achieve this requirement. 

Please help me with the steps .

Hi there,

 

To verify, you want two seperate resolve moments? P1/P2 (= 5 days) and other (= 7 days)? 

 

You could just go for a new custom mechanism. Like creating a Scheduled Flow. Which simply triggers every hour/day, queries for all Incidents P1/P2 which are in state resolved and last updated more than 5 days ago. This way the out-of-the-box mechanism will also still work and will handle the other incidents. Few minutes work to achieve this.
