Hi, I need help as soon as I claim an incident, I need the group to be a specific group in deafult. I would appreciate your help!

In the next picture as written here: assignment group = support center

Search for relevant group and then right the record and Copy sys_id.

Hi @yardenKrispel 

You can follow the below steps to achieve this:

1. Go to Configure Dictionary of Assignment Group field.
2. Create an entry in the Dictionary Override related list (if not already created for the required table).
3. Check the Override Default Value checkbox to TRUE.
4. Enter the sys_id of the Support Center group in the Default Value field.
