Hi, I need help as soon as I claim an incident, I need the group to be a specific group in deafult. I would appreciate your help!

 

In the next picture as written here: assignment group = support center

Yes, use the table on which you want this logic. As you mentioned incident so select as it is

its not work

Hi @yardenKrispel

 

You may use an assignment rule with default condition(there might be some condition when you want a default assignment group, you may define that) to populate default assignment group.



Just go to System Policy > Rules > Assignment and create new rule as per your requirement.

But the problem is that in the condition I don't have the option to enter as soon as I open Incident, so what do I write in the condition?
