It should display sequence wise as it was defined in Incident table .
Why it is not getting sorted as per the sequence .

Hi @RohitKumar24 ,
I guess that this work as expected in the drop down field you have created on the form view - right? In the list view you have just grouped by the field that you have created called "aging category", hence it will be grouped and sorted alphabetic A-Z / 1-9. You should instead do this through reporting and create report ranges.

Hi Andres, but even alphabetically it is not working fine not for numeric value also. Can you please elaborate the solution you gave .

The solution provided is to create a report with report ranges instead of creating a field on form level. This you can sort according to your need.
