Incident - All Emails

Hi Team,

Is there a way to fetch all the emails that we have configured on incident table

We just want to modify or stop some of the email that were configured on Incident table. If we get the information ready made, we can work on it with ease

If not possible, what are the other ways we can get complete information for emails that were configured on incident table

Regards,

Siva Teja B

There are still ways for email to get through though.
If you have any flows that run off Incident table that use the Send Email action, they won't appear here.
Same for Legacy Workflow using the Notification workflow action..
