incident assignment

Hi guys,

have requirement where 

If category is test one
Subcategory is reporting
Item is ServiceNow.
Assignment group is Power test.
then ticket will get assigned to Abel Tuter or jane foster.

 

can anyone please help on this!!!

Have you tried Assignment Rules

The Assignment rules module allows you to automatically set a value in the assigned_to and assignment_group fields when a set of conditions occurs.

  1. Navigate to All > System Policy > Rules > Assignment.
  2. Select New.
