Incident description field show HTML/New Lines on Service Portal

Hello,

I have looked around the community and I haven't seen any recent posts about this. I am not sure if the solutions proposed 2-3 years ago are still the best bet so I thought I would ask again.

I am looking for a way to make the Incident description field retain it's new lines on the Service Portal. If possible, I would also like to use other HTML elements too. Currently, regardless of how many new lines I put in the description, they do not show on the Service Portal side. See images below:

On the Incident form (non Service Portal):

Hey Alberto,

I have tried this and it worked. This is what I was finding on other forms and I was looking to see if there was an update at all or a new way to do this.

I have followed the link and did it that way.
