How to add the existing field 'Parent Incident' to the incident form (Default view) under the Related Records section and also how to add the Related List 'Incident -> Parent Incident' to the Incident form (Default view) in service now?

Hi @SUDCHAK

For the 1st part, on fom view

Go to Form layout

and check as per screen shot

2nd part

Go to Form

Right click configure --Related List
