Incident short description is not visible in portal level?

Hi All,

 

I have a urgent requirement, after I am raising incident short description is not visible in portal level and I have added into additional details in standard tickets configuration but still it's not visible in portal level, in requested items additional details is visible but incident level it's missing , How can i achieve this , please help me on this .

Check ACLs. Check if users has the correct permissions to read the incident. short_description ACL.
