Incident state should change resolved to auto closed

Hi

"when incident is resolved it should automatically changed to(after 3 days) closed after the day from resolved"

Just go to the incident properties and change number 2 from the top:

Schedule

 

Action

Look up records incident resolved in last 2 days.

 

and update record

state= closed.
