Incident Task->Parent is not showing despite being added as a related list

I am trying to add the incident task on the related list

But somehow it is not working

I don't want to add the Incident Task->Incident because the parent field is not automatically populated when creating a new record.

Use Incident -> Parent Incident

Thank you for your reply, but that is not what I am referring to. I want to add "Incident Task" not "Child Incidents = Incident->Parent Incident".

I guess I just needed to think a bit harder.  

Navigate to System UI > List controls and locate the related list.  In this case, incident_task.parent.

Click on the record to open it and deselect the option to 'Omit if Empty'
