Incident task is not visible in related list of the incident form

Hello Experts,

 

In incident form under related list incident task table is not showing.

I added incident task in slush bucket but it is not visible in form.

How to make it visible in incident form related list.

Hello @raj149 

 

You should check if in list control if "Omit if empty" checked.

Hi Raj,

Please check below

1. If we have any records for Incident task for this Incident number INC1558004.

2. Try creating a dummy incident task record for this incident. Then the related list will be visible for you.
