Incident Tickets Not showing

Hello Community,

I just upgraded my PDI to Australian version, after upgrade, when i opened incidents list, it shows empty records, all the ticket were gone help me to solve this

Hi @venkatsaladi 

It looks like the demo data isn’t loaded. You can try the following:

  • Go to Plugins and search for the Incident Management plugin, then load the demo data from there.

  • Recently, there have been some basic issues with PDIs when users upgrade to newer versions, so this might be related.

If installing the plugin doesn’t resolve the issue, it’s better to release your PDI and create a new one. Also, make sure:

  • You’re logged in as an admin

  • You’re in the correct view within the instance

These checks usually help resolve this kind of problem.

Hi @venkatsaladi ,

 

  1. Navigate to All ->System Definition->Plugins
  2. Search for the Incident Management plugin (ID: com.snc.incident).
  3. Open the plugin record.
  4. Click the Repair button (or "Load Demo Data Only" related link if visible).
  5. Check the box for Load demo data in the pop-up window.
  6. Click Repair again to begin the process.
