What are Default SLA's for incident

Hi @b__mandalapus 
Here's the screenshot of it. (Navigate to All > Service Level Management > SLA Definitions. Filter the table with Incident and Type = SLA.

You can utilize this link to verify the SLAs created in your instance for the incident table. Remember to change the instance name: https://[[You instance]].service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/contract_sla_list.do%3Fsysparm_query%3DcollectionLIKEincident%26sysparm_first_row%3D1%26sysparm_view%3D%26sysparm_choice_query_raw%3D%26sysparm_list_header_search%3Dtrue
