We are currently on the ServiceNow Australia release with Smart Assessments enabled.
In the TPRM solution, we are facing an issue while opening/responding to Internal Assessments. When a user clicks an Assessment Instance from the Questionnaire Requests related list, the system redirects to an incorrect URL.
Currently, the link navigates to the following table:
sn_vdr_risk_asmt_m2m_tiering_sae_template
However, the expected behavior is for it to navigate to the assessment instance record in:
sn_vdr_risk_asmt_vdr_tiering_assessment
Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Any guidance on what controls this redirection or potential fixes would be greatly appreciated.
