Increase max characters of the short description field of Add event in Post incident report Timeline

I have a requirement to increase the max length of the field "Enter short description of the event" in the Add event functionality of Major Incident's post incident report timeline within Service Operations Workspace. I've looked at the SOW configuration for Major Incident, but this page only offers few basic configurations. Can someone point me to the right direction? Thanks

You would need to do this in the table configuration where this field is not in SOW.

I'm trying to find the table or dictionary entry for it but not finding it so far

I installed Major Incident but I don't seem to have anywhere to add an event. Do you have event management installed as well?

You should be able to see the post incident report tab on a resolved major incident in workspace.
