Increase max characters of the short description field of Add event in Post incident report Timeline

I have a requirement to increase the max length of the field "Enter short description of the event" in the Add event functionality of Major Incident's post incident report timeline within Service Operations Workspace. I've looked at the SOW configuration for Major Incident, but this page only offers few basic configurations. Can someone point me to the right direction? Thanks

Ok I see it, I don't see where it is being stored either. I tried using SOW Admin center but all you can do it turn off incident milestones. I'm guessing this would have to be done in UI Builder but you would have to find the correct page and create a variant.
