Hi Experts,

 

Can some one please share the correct API detail to pull the Infoblox data in ServiceNow ?

 

Issue is SG-Infloblox is not working , we are getting error -

Unable to make a connection to Infoblox API call. Please check your credential configuration. Check system log for more details

 

How to fix this issue?

Please suggest ?

Hi,

 

Have you checked Service Graph Connector for Infoblox?

Also this post indicate that testing has to be done using OOB schedule job.

We have even configured the Service Graph connector and getting the below error when executing the OOB Scheduled job -

G-Infloblox is not working , we are getting error -

I could see the error "Please check your credential configuration."// have you validated the credentials ?
