Hi SNOW community,
My Servicenow PDI instance is not waking up and it's taking so much time, even it's not showing any message as hint. While I have logged in couple of times within 10 days but still facing this issue from last couple of days. is there any way to get my existing PDI back or is there any other solution to resolve this ? Please take a look into this from Servicenow support team as well . For the reference I am also attaching the screenshot of the same.
Waiting for the quick response and resolution because if this will reach out after 10 days threshold then I will not be able to get it again.
Thanks in advance for your response.
Thanks
Manish Kumar

Hi @manishnitrr
1. There is no support available for PDI. if PDI is lost / unavailable or reclaimed, no one can help to get back.
2. If you can wait, more, let's wait
3. You may release this instance and take a new one but in this case, you will lose your previous data.
From now on, please try to take regular PDI backups to avoid any loss of update set in future.

Hi @manishnitrr ,
As you might know, there is no support available from servicenow in relation to PDI, hence your limited to two options :
- Wait, it should come back after some time.
- when you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note, all work that you haven't backed up will be lost for good.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.

Hi @AndersBGS and @Dr Atul G- LNG,
Thank you for your valuable input and I have noticed that after getting the warning email from servicenow instance. I think anyone should try once if they face the same issue like above and by doing this I am able to login to my PDI. Once again thanks to both of you for your valuable comments.
Regards,
Manish Kumar
