Infoblox API - integration

Hi Experts,

Can some one please share the correct API detail to pull the Infoblox data in ServiceNow ?

Issue is SG-Infloblox is not working , we are getting error -

Unable to make a connection to Infoblox API call. Please check your credential configuration. Check system log for more details

How to fix this issue?

Please suggest ?

Hi @Neeta1,

Please check KB0863109     

I have recently experienced similar errors and it was actually an issue with the mid server not trusting the end system.  You would need to check the mid server log to see if you have any message related to mid server not trusting the end system.

You can try a temporary workaround bypassing mid server security checks by adding an entry for the IP address of the infobox server in the mid server "Certificate Check Policies".

We want to fetch below attributes - 

DNS , Host, mac address , IP address

Can someone please share the correct API details to fetch it ?

Or let us know how to implement it ?
