Initiate a Microsoft team's group chat if P2/P1 incident is raised in ServiceNow

Hello Community,

 

I have an interesting integration requirement whenever a P2/P1 incident is raised  in ServiceNow, I need to automatically create a new team's group chat with the Group Chat name as - "Alert !, P2 incident was reported...."

something like this.

 

The group chat should include 'Assigned to', On call , Caller , etc. members. 

Any help/leads would be appreciated.

you need to check if creating a team's group chat via that integration is supported or not

if not then you can't achieve this
