Initiate Microsoft teams call automatically from Major incident workbench

Hi,

Our requirement was for a Major incident (MI) when you go to Workbench and initiate a call, expectation was it should automatically start the Microsoft teams call with all the added participants but it not working as expected though it is showing the call duration (screenshot below) but the call didn't started/initiated in Microsoft teams. 

We were enabling Notify Connector for Microsoft teams plugin. below is the link/procedure we followed to configure

It is showing the duration but the call didn't spun up/initiated in Microsoft teams

I too am trying to satisfy the same requirement. I cannot find documentation anywhere on whether or not automatically initiating a call is configurable within the Notify Connector for MS Teams settings/properties... if you have had any success in this, please let us know.

Hi @anvitha ash @Dustin24 @AbdulNow  I am looking for the same solution but haven’t been able to find any documentation. If anyone has had any luck with the requirement, could you please share it?
