Our requirement was for a Major incident (MI) when you go to Workbench and initiate a call, expectation was it should automatically start the Microsoft teams call with all the added participants but it not working as expected though it is showing the call duration (screenshot below) but the call didn't started/initiated in Microsoft teams.
We were enabling Notify Connector for Microsoft teams plugin. below is the link/procedure we followed to configure
It is showing the duration but the call didn't spun up/initiated in Microsoft teams
