Inputs for "Send Message to Microsoft Teams Chat" Action

Unable to find any documentation related to this action "Send Message to Microsoft Teams Chat". Couldn't figure out how to find values to be provided as Inputs for the particular action.

Is this action similar to "Post a message" , where you can post a message in teams channel ?

What you intend to do ? Do you want to send a message in a teams channel or to a particular user chat ? If to a teams channel, make use of Post a Message action under Microsoft Teams Spoke. If you want to post to a chat, make use of Create Chat action under Microsoft Teams Graph Spoke. I'm trying to understand if this action "Send Message to Microsoft Teams Chat" is alternative to "Post a Message" action . if we need to post to a teams channel

I tried searching for the documentation around this application. As it is a store application, not much information is available but as per the screenshot available on the ServiceNow store for this action, I can say that this action will be used to post to a particular user chat, unlike Post a Message which is used to post in a teams channel.
