For instance, if there are five SCTasks associated with the same RITM, and two of those are confidential, only users with the XYZ role should have access to all records, while users without the XYZ role should only be able to view the non-confidential records. If this is feasible, please let us know. Thank you for your ongoing assistance. I assume I need to replace the instance name on provided link with my actual instance name as shown in the screenshot below. After doing that, it seems I'm not being directed anywhere. I must have made an error.
