For instance, if there are five SCTasks associated with the same RITM, and two of those are confidential, only users with the XYZ role should have access to all records, while users without the XYZ role should only be able to view the non-confidential records. If this is feasible, please let us know. You need to log in as 'admin', then click on the down-arrow next to your Name in the upper-right, and select "Elevate Roles" to be able to update any ACL.
